The device comprises a receiving unit, a first information determining unit, a second information determining unit and a sorting unit. According to the invention, a variety of travel manners can be selected by a passenger; the order turnover rate is effectively improved; taxi time or expense can be saved; and the taxi experience of the passenger is optimized.
