The invention discloses a multifunctional medical bed, which comprises a bed board, a bed frame and wheels, wherein the bed board comprises a lying part, a backrest part and a supporting leg part, and further comprises a first regulating mechanism, a second regulating mechanism and a third regulating mechanism, wherein the backrest part and the supporting leg part are connected to the front side and the rear side of the lying part in a rotatable mode; the bed frame includes a lower bed frame and an upper bed frame; the upper bed frame is arranged on the lower bed frame in a mode of lifting in the height direction thereof; the wheels are arranged at the bottom of the lower bed frame; the first regulating mechanism is used for regulating lifting of one end of the backrest part, the second regulating mechanism is used for regulating lifting of one end of the supporting leg part and the third regulating mechanism is used for regulating lifting of the upper bed frame; the third regulating mechanism comprises two relatively independent lifting units which are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bed frame; and by virtue of the two lifting units, the front and rear ends of the upper bed frame are ascended or descended in a synchronous or asynchronous mode.
