Problems solved by technology

In the traditional method, the operator presses the radial artery at the puncture point with his fingers for about 15 minutes, and then wraps it with a bandage. There has long been a desire to liberate this labor in the world, so various types of radial artery hemostats have appeared, and there are generally three types: balloon type, flat plate type, and spinning type.
However, these methods are all manual operations without exception, and there is no objective basis for the pressure, so cases such as poor hemostasis, skin damage and even blood vessel damage occur from time to time

Embodiment Construction

[0012] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the specific embodiment of the patent of the present invention will be further described:

[0013] as attached figure 1 As shown: the nylon buckle (1) can be glued on the velvet fabric to bind the wristband, the cotton cloth (3) is soft and comfortable and can touch the skin, the backing plate (4) is a plastic plate, and it is preformed in a C shape. Place it between the fabric and the air bag to limit the direction of air bag inflation, so that it mainly expands toward the radial artery. The double-cavity air bag (5) can expand the expansion space, so as to facilitate the unrestricted transmission of the pressure in the air bag to the radial artery. The small airbags (6) play a supporting role, emptying the space between the two airbags to facilitate venous return.

Abstract

The name of the invention is an intelligent radial artery hemostat which relates to the technical field of medical appliances and is mainly used for compression hemostasis after a radial artery puncture intubation operation. The solution scheme of the invention is to provide a full-automatic intelligent air-bag compression hemostasis device which can realize automatic air inflation of an air bag, can detect a blood pressure and a pulse of a radial artery by the air bag, can monitor the blood pressure and the pulse, and can give a most suitable air pressure to realize a compression hemostasis function of the radial artery and realize healing of a punctured wound of the radial artery which can satisfy physiological requirements in a minimally invasive technology. The technical scheme provided by the invention is constituted of two components including an air-bag wrist strap and an intelligent air inflation machine, wherein the air-bag wrist strap is made through sewing of a suede face and a cloth lining, the two air bags are disposed in an interlayer located at the middle position, and the air bag corresponding to the radial artery is a dual-chamber air bag; and the wrist strap is fixed by a nylon bucket; the intelligent air inflation machine has a similar appearance with a television remote control, the internal structure of the intelligent air inflation machine is similar with the structure of an electronic sphygmomanometer, and processes such as a compression hemostasis period, a monitoring and hemostasis period and a subsequent compression period are expanded to control processes, so that the intelligent air inflation machine is equipped with a function to simultaneously complete the monitoring of the blood pressure and the pulse and complete the air pressure hemostasis.

Description

technical field [0001] The patent of the present invention relates to the production of a medical device, in particular to the production of a medical device for radial artery compression and hemostasis after radial artery puncture and cannulation in interventional radiation. Background technique [0002] Interventional radiology is a medical discipline that is developing very rapidly today, and its development direction is becoming more and more refined and minimally invasive. Therefore, more and more cardiovascular interventional operations are performed through radial artery puncture and cannulation. Postoperative hemostasis at the puncture site has also attracted more and more attention. In the traditional method, the operator presses the radial artery at the puncture point with his fingers for about 15 minutes, and then wraps it with a bandage. There has long been a desire to liberate this work in the world, so various types of radial artery hemostats have appeared, an...
