The polyester nonwoven fabric sequentially comprises a compact layer, a semi-compact layer and a fluffy layer, the densities of the compact layer, the semi-compact layer and the fluffy layer successively decrease along the thickness direction of a polyester fiber lamella, the surface of the compact layer is compounded with a damping glue layer, and the surface of the fluffy layer is compounded with an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film layer. A preparation method of the polyester nonwoven fabric comprises the following steps: sprinkling hot melt powder among the compact layer, the semi-compact layer and the fluffy layer of the polyester fiber lamella, sprinkling the hot melt powder on the surface of the fluffy layer, heating, and laminating the heated compact layer, the semi-compact layer and the fluffy layer to the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film of the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer; and spraying damping glue of the damping glue layer on the compact layer.
