A sensor chip of a transducer is composed of an encoded interdigital transducer (related transducer), and the codes of the encoded interdigital transducer are in the form of compatible codes of the same group. Transducers provided with chips that are encoded by the same compatible code are regarded as transducers of the same kind. At least two same-frequency short reflecting gratings are arranged on the sensor chip of the transducer along the direction of sound channels. The initial delay distance between first reflecting gratings on the chips of the transducers of the same kind and on associated transducers are different from each other, and the distance between every two reflecting gratings is the same. The above distances are designed in such a manner that all echo wave crests can be distinguished by a reader after the superimposition process of electromagnetic echo waves simultaneously generated by the transducers of the same kind within the testing range of nominal sensing values, so that the source and the sensing information thereof can be known. The reader comprises an encoding part having compatible codes and a reflected echo wave receiving part. The anti-collision capacity of the system is equal to the result of the type number of different transducers multiplied by the timing capacity.
