The invention provides a surface acoustic wave (SAW) delay line type wireless sensor system with an anti-collision function. An input transducer of a responder sensing chip employs a coding interdigital transducer (associated transducer), and codes of the transducer belongs to the compatible codes of a same compatible code set; responders employing a same compatible code coding chip belong to a same kind of responders. The responder sensing chip is at least provided with two cofrequency output interdigital transducers arranged along a sound channel. For a same kind of responder chips, chips have different initial delay distances from a first output transducer to an input transducer, and the space between two output transducers is consistent. The distances are designed, allowing all echo peaks to be distinguished by a reader to obtain sources and sensing information when the electromagnetic echoes meanwhile generated by a same kind of responders are superposed in a nominal sensor measuring scope. The reader possesses the coding component of compatible codes. The anti-collision function of the system equals to the kind number of different kinds of responders multiplied by a sequential capacity.
