Abstract

The invention discloses a membrane separation reactor used for production of p-xylene. The reactor comprises a reactor main body, wherein the reactor main body comprises, in successive arrangement from top to bottom, an upper sealing head, a drum body, a lower sealing head and a skirt support; an upper tube plate is arranged between the upper sealing head and the upper end of the drum body; a lower tube plate is arranged between the lower sealing head and the lower end of the drum body; a hollow cavity is arranged between the upper tube plate and the lower tube plate; the hollow cavity of the drum body is provided with ceramic membrane elements which are tubular porous ceramic membranes; the ceramic membrane elements are uniformly distributed inside the drum body and is in fixed and sealed arrangement between the upper tube plate and the lower tube plate; meanwhile, two ends of the ceramic membrane element respectively pass through the upper tube plate and the lower tube plate; the upper sealing head and the lower sealing head are in communication via the ceramic membrane elements arranged inside the drum body; the upper sealing head is provided with a discharge outlet I; the lower sealing head is provided with a feed inlet; and the side surface of the drum body is provided with a discharge outlet II.
