The method comprises the following steps: 1) a rainfall monitoring station is set in an onsite mode, and a soil penetration meter and a displacement meter are buried; 2) a rainfall condition, soil permeability and displacement data of the slope are acquired in real time and transmitted to a remote client; 3) the data are formatted and processed; 4) the weight size of data such as the rainfall condition, the soil permeability and the slope displacement influencing a slope safety factor is calculated; 5) a safety factor for each time period of the slope is determined; 6) the rainfall condition at each time period, the slope soil permeability factor and a relation among deformation, displacement and the safety factor are calculated, and a soil slope destruction happening time is predicted; 7) hidden destructed slope critical destruction and instability time are acquired, and disaster happening time is predicted; and 8) in combination with results from the sixth step and the seventh step, early warning and prediction are carried out on a slope danger. Compared with the prior art, the method can be used for carrying out soil slope danger early warning and prediction more reasonably, more quantitatively and more practically.
