Abstract

The invention provides a rapid and lossless analysis method for content of ternary adulterated sesame oil. The ternary rapid and lossless analysis method comprises the following steps: selecting sesame oil and two types of low-price vegetable oil and carrying out ternary mixing at a certain ratio; putting a sample into a cuvette and scanning a near infrared spectrum of the sample by using a transmission mode of a near infrared spectrophotometer; dividing data into a training set and a predication set by adopting a KS grouping method; establishing a partial least-squares regression model for each type of component oil; substituting an unknown sample to the corresponding model to obtain the content of the component oil. The ternary rapid and lossless analysis method has the advantages that a near infrared spectrum technology is used as an analysis means and the sample does not need to be pretreated, so that the sample is not damaged and the spectrum of one sample can be collected within a few seconds; the partial least-squares regression modeling is adopted and only one parameter needs to be determined, so that the calculation speed is high and the predication effect is good. The ternary rapid and lossless analysis method is suitable for quantitative analysis of the content of each type of the component oil in the ternary mixed sesame oil.
