According to the invention, based on functions and configuration executed by systems, the systems needing the regular tests are screened, and according to the function execution reliability, the projects and the content executing the regular tests are analyzed and designed, such that it can be ensured that the safety, and safety-correlated systems, devices and functions can be regularly examined, accordingly, it is ensured that the functions are at normal states, and at the same time, the feasibility and the validity of executing the regular tests by operation personnel can also be guaranteed.
