Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments, but these embodiments do not constitute any limitation to the present invention.

[0023] The method for setting up the rat peripheral type superior mesenteric vein thrombosis model that present embodiment provides, carries out according to the following steps:

[0024] 1. Experimental animals:

[0025] Select healthy adult male SD rats (provided by Beijing Huafukang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), weighing about 250g-300g, and raise them in a ventilated, clean environment at 20°C-25°C for one week, with free access to food and water.

[0026] 2. Instruments and equipment:

[0027] (l) OPTON binocular surgical microscope (OPTON53, Germany);

[0028] (2) Microsurgical instruments;

[0029] (3) General surgical instruments;

[0030] (4) 7-0 atraumatic nylon suture.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an animal thrombosis model, in particular to an establishment method for a rat peripheral superior mesenteric vein thrombosis model. The model is established by establishing a strangulation type peripheral superior mesenteric vein thrombosis model, entering an abdomen from an incision, about 2 cm long, right in the center of the abdomen, taking out a small intestine at the position 20 cm away from an ileocecal junction, measuring the length of the inner side edge of the small intestine, the first-stage branch of a mesenteric vein and arciform veins on the two sides through a nylon suture, and blocking mesentery veins and arciform veins within the 6-centimeter area of the inner side edge of the small intestine. A pure peripheral superior mesenteric vein thrombosis model is established by entering the abdomen from the incision, about 2 cm long, right in the center of the abdomen, taking out the small intestine at the position 20 cm away from an ileocecal junction, measuring the length of the inner side edge of the small intestine, the first-stage branch of the mesenteric vein and the arciform veins on the two sides through a nylon suture, and blocking mesentery veins and arciform veins within the 3-centimeter area of the inner side edge of the small intestine. The rat peripheral superior mesenteric vein thrombosis model is suitable for superior mesenteric vein thrombosis intestinal pathology and pathophysiology research.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for making an animal thrombosis model, in particular to a method for establishing a rat peripheral superior mesenteric vein thrombosis model. Background technique [0002] There are many ways to make animal thrombus models, but they basically follow the classic principle of thrombus formation proposed by Virchow, that is, changes in the vessel wall, changes in blood properties, and changes in the state of blood flow. At present, the medical field has focused on blocking venous return, causing blood stasis to induce thrombus formation, supplemented by injecting thrombus-inducing agents or (and) mechanically damaging vascular endothelial cells, and established some relatively reliable and easy animal models. The specific methods are: 1. vein ligation (blocking) method; 2. mechanical injury to vascular intima; 3. electric current injury to vascular intima; 4. venous foreign body method; Thrombosis induced by thrombosis, ...
