Abstract

The present invention discloses a DNA molecular chain displacement reaction based method for extracting CRNs for realizing combinational logic. The method comprises the following steps of: step 1, according to a set logic function, obtaining a truth table that reflects input and output logic relationships, and obtaining, through mapping, a proforma chemical reaction network from the truth table; and step 2, simplifying the proforma chemical reaction network obtained in the step 1 by using a Karnaugh map simplification approach, to obtain a proforma chemical reaction network for realizing a combinational logic function.
