Abstract

The present invention discloses an intelligent energy-saving electricity system of light navigation in a large-scale underground garage of a residence community, and a method thereof. The system comprises an access management subsystem, a license plate recognition subsystem and a light navigation subsystem. The license plate recognition subsystem is used for real-time monitoring and recording of information of a vehicle entering or going out of the garage, and is used for positioning and recognition of the license plate; if the vehicle enters the garage, in the license plate recognition subsystem, it is determined whether the information of the vehicle is pre-stored information in a database after recognition, if the information of the vehicle is stored in a database, a command permitting access is sent to the access management subsystem, and then a navigation command is sent to the light navigation subsystem; and if the vehicle goes out of the garage, it is determined whether the information of the vehicle is pre-stored information in the database after recognition so as to determine whether permitting to go through or not. The light navigation subsystem is used for light navigation to vehicles which enter or go out of the garage, and only floodlights within the setting distance of a vehicle are turned on, regardless of whether a vehicle drives along the planned routes in the access management subsystem, thereby power supply is saved.
