The implementation method comprises the following steps: setting all management modules in the same network, appointing a server system which provides DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) and TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol), connecting each BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) to a system-level management module AMM (Advanced Management Module) through a LAN (Local Area Network) switch, and communicating through the network; using the command lines of the Shell and Expect scripts to update the firmware; logging the firmware of the management module BMC to the AMM management module through a Telnet tool of the control program in the Shell script; writing the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of all management modules into a file through the program in the Expect script in charge of acquiring the IP addresses of all management modules in network; finally, reading the IP address file through the program for updating the firmware in the Expect script, and calling the Expect script circularly to update the firmware until the firmware update of all management modules is completed.
