Problems solved by technology

[0009] 1. There is no way to solve the occlusion problem between cabins well, and all cabins cannot be displayed
[0010] 2. There is no way to accurately display the position, size and shape of all cabins relative to the entire ship, and the overall sense provided to users is insufficient
[0011] 3. The two-dimensional view is only used as a display, and the interaction with the user is only to click. The user has no way to change the viewing angle of the ship and cabin

Embodiment Construction

[0073] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Such as Figure 4 As shown, an interface display method of a bulk carrier loading instrument includes the following steps:

[0074] A. Convert 3D model format

[0075] Use the 3ds Max modeling software to open the accurate 3D model files of the ship and each cabin in IGS format obtained from the ship design unit, and directly convert them into the FBX format that the Unity3D engine can recognize.

[0076] B. Make 3D model resource files

[0077] Use the BuildAssetBundle() function provided by Unity3D to make the 3D model files in FBX format of the ship and each cabin converted by step A into a 3D model resource file of the ship and each cabin that Unity3D can dynamically load.

[0078] C. The webpage file released by the Unity3D engine is embedded in the loading instrument software interface

[0079] Use ActiveX technology to embed the Unity web player...

Abstract

The present invention discloses an interface display method for a loading instrument of a bulk carrier. A three-dimensional model of a ship and cabins, which is acquired from a ship design unit, is transformed into a resource file that can be dynamically loaded by a three-dimensional visual module, the three-dimensional visual model loads a resource of the three-dimensional model of the ship and the cabins into a scenario and displays the resource, the three-dimensional model of the cabin is cut according to the cargo loading height of different cabins, and the cargo loading quantity of the corresponding cabin is displayed. By means of the operation of a user, the three-dimensional model of the cabin is rotated, translated, scaled and eliminated, a three-dimensional visual interface is switched, and the three-dimensional model of the cabin is separately displayed; thus the problem of obstruction between the ship and the cabin is solved and a more convenient operation mode and direct information display mode are provided for the user. By adopting the method disclosed by the present invention, the position, size and shape of all the cabins relative to the whole ship in implemented are accurately displayed, and relatively good wholeness is provided for the user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bulk carrier loading instrument, in particular to a method for displaying diagrams in the bulk carrier loading instrument. Background technique [0002] The 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS Convention) 1997 / 1998 Amendment, Chapter 12, Article 11, Paragraphs 1 and 2 stipulates that bulk ships with a length of 150m and above must be shipped before July 1, 1999. Equipped with stowage instruments approved by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) that can provide ship shear force and bending moment data. [0003] In addition to the powerful calculation function, friendly interface and intuitive display of the loading instrument to improve the work efficiency of the loading personnel, the function of displaying ship and cargo graphics is essential. Clearly and intuitively display the cargo loading capacity of the ship and the cabin, so that the stowage personnel can fully understand the lo...
