Provided is a situ monitoring based building damage evaluation and analysis system, comprising a basic database and an evaluation database. The basic database and the evaluation database perform storage, data processing and analysis based on GIS software. The basic database comprises basic information of a building structure and building testing data information. The evaluation database comprises evaluation parameters and an evaluation standard. Evaluation is performed on the building based on the above system. Firstly, the evaluation database is operated to extract data that is stored in the basic database, and related analysis is performed on the data and used as the evaluation parameters. The evaluation is performed from three layers, namely components, subunits and evaluation units; and a final evaluation result is obtained by combining the above evaluation result and component reliability evaluation.
