Problems solved by technology

Although the isolation (vibration) effect is remarkable, the horizontal direction of the support is relatively soft, and a certain displacement may occur under the action of small earthquakes and moderate earthquakes, that is, the seismic response of the isolation support cannot be controlled in stages
Therefore, the existing seismic isolation rubber bearings have certain limitations in the application of some special buildings with strict displacement requirements.

Embodiment Construction

[0035] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0036] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 18 As shown, a tension locking device used on a vibration isolation rubber bearing includes: mounting steel plates 1a, 1b, external sleeves 2a, 2b, large nuts 3a, 3b, threaded screws 4a, 4b, and splicing nuts 5a , 5b, pull rod 6.

[0037] Such as figure 1 , Image 6 The common lead-core rubber bearing 7 is composed of a connecting plate 8, a sealing plate 9, a steel plate 10, a rubber layer 11, and a lead core 12.

[0038] Such as Figure 14 to 16 As shown, the outer sleeve 2 has a thread inside which can be matched with the threaded screw 4. Such as Image 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the length of the circumscribed sleeves 2a, 2b is greater than or equal to twice the outer elongation of the threaded screws 4a, 4b.

[0039] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 with Figure 7 As shown, the threaded screws 4a, 4b pass through the mounting stee...

Abstract

The invention relates to a pulled locking device for an earthquake isolation rubber bearing. The pulled locking device comprises two installation steel plates (1), fastening pieces, splicing nuts (5) and a pull rod (6). The two installation plates (1) are placed at the upper portion and the lower portion of the rubber bearing respectively and connected with the rubber bearing through bolts. Vertically-corresponding reserved holes are formed in corners of the installation steel plates (1). The fastening pieces are fixed to the upper and lower installation steel plates (1) through the reserved holes. The fastening pieces are connected with the pull rod (6) through the splicing nuts (5). When affected by small-earthquake loads, the whole pulled locking device does not displace under the action of the pull rod (6), a small angle is generated at the top end of the pull rod (6), and the pull rod (6) is pulled; when affected by loads of large-earthquake or loads of larger-earthquake, the pull rod (6) is pulled off, the rubber bearing plays a role in energy dissipation, the bearing displaces horizontally, and secondary control is achieved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a tension locking device used on a shock isolation rubber bearing. Background technique [0002] Existing vibration-isolating rubber bearings, under the action of earthquakes or other loads, often produce large horizontal displacements in order to consume energy and reduce damage to the superstructure. Although the seismic isolation (vibration) effect is significant, the horizontal direction of the support is relatively flexible, and a certain displacement may also occur under the action of small earthquakes and moderate earthquakes, which means that the seismic response of the seismic isolation support cannot be controlled at different levels. Therefore, the existing vibration isolation rubber bearings have certain limitations in the application of some special buildings with strict requirements on displacement. Summary of the invention [0003] In view of the defects in the prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to pro...
