The power plant (1) comprises an element (13) arranged to change or allow change of the distance between the vehicle (2) and the structure (9) continuously over or during parts of the predetermined trajectory (7), thereby reducing the variation in speed of the vehicle (2) over the predetermined trajectory (7) and / or allowing electrical power to be generated from the variation in distance by means of a transducer (10) arranged to be attached to the power plant (1).
