The restarting control device comprises restarting controller modules which are connected to intelligent electronic devices on one-to-one correspondence, and a central controller connected to the restarting controller modules. The central controller is used for transmitting a restarting order to the restarting controller module which is correspondingly connected to the intelligent electronic device which is crashed; the restarting controller module receiving the restarting order controls the correspondingly connected intelligent electronic device to perform restarting according to the restarting order; and when the intelligent electronic device is crashed, the central controller can realize the automatic restarting of the intelligent electronic device through the restarting control module. As a result, the automation monitoring system and restarting control device improves the working efficiency.
