Abstract

By utilization of an iteration threshold segmentation method, a suspected object is detected rapidly from a single frame of radar video image, and continuous multi-frame detection results are accumulated. Single frame detection result and multi-frame accumulation results are integrated, the area change ratio and the energy density characteristic of the object are extracted, the D-S evidence theory is employed to carry out decision fusion, and the optimal decision is obtained to achieve correct determination of the moving object. The method takes full advantage of correlation of an object in certain space and time scopes and geometric construction information of the object, false tracks in detection and tracking of a moving object can be removed effectively, and the determination method has popularization and application values.
