In the use process, the two wrapping and hanging mechanisms are arranged at the positions, on the two sides of suspender components needing to be replaced, of an arch bridge; corresponding data are displayed by the computer through the static strain collection instrument; the control force of the two wrapping and hanging mechanisms is adjusted; the suspender components are replaced safely and conveniently.
