Problems solved by technology

Therefore, grouting construction is the key process before the installation of the wind turbine, and it is also an irreversible construction link. Once a problem occurs, it will affect the progress if it is light, and it will make the foundation unable to be put into use.
[0005] Since grouting operations have only been carried out on land or in the intertidal zone in China at present, there is no real offshore grouting. The construction content involved in offshore grouting is much different from that on land and is more complicated.

Embodiment Construction

[0049] Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below:

[0050] like figure 1 As shown, this embodiment is illustrated with a typical offshore wind power infrastructure structure, which includes a grouting outer pipe 10 and a grouting inner pipe 11, the grouting outer pipe 10 is inserted under the mud surface 16, and the grouting inner pipe 11 One end of the grouting outer pipe 10 extends into the grouting inner pipe 11. The outer wall of the grouting inner pipe 11 and the inner wall of the grouting outer pipe 10 form a ring-shaped grouting channel 12. The sealing ring 15 that blocks the grouting channel 12 is filled with grouting liquid into the grouting channel 12 through the main grouting pipeline 13 and the secondary grouting pipeline 14 to achieve the purpose of connecting the grouting outer pipe 10 and the grouting inner pipe 11 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a foundation grouting method for offshore wind power and a foundation grouting work barge for offshore wind power. The foundation grouting method for offshore wind power comprises following steps: cleaning an inner wall of a grouting outer pipe and an outer wall of a grouting inner pipe, cleaning a grouting pipeline and pre-rinsing the grouting pipeline in advance, diluting grouting material into grouting liquid, pouring grouting liquid into a grouting channel between the inner wall of the grouting outer pipe and the outer wall of the grouting inner pipe by means of the grouting pipeline in order to finish grouting operation, monitoring condition of grouting liquid which is not poured during grouting operation and condition of grouting liquid overflowing from the grouting channel. Emergency measures should be taken if requirements are not met. The foundation grouting work barge for offshore wind power comprises a barge body, a material placing area, a dilution water supply pit, an electric power supply room, a connection hose, mixers, grouting pumps and a monitoring device. The material placing area, the dilution water supply pit, the electric power supply room, the connection hose, the mixers, the grouting pumps and the monitoring device are arranged on the barge body. The foundation grouting method for offshore wind power and the foundation grouting work barge for offshore wind power have definite guidance effect and can promote development of construction of an offshore wind plant in our country.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of marine engineering and electric power engineering, in particular to a grouting method for an offshore wind power foundation and a working barge for grouting the offshore wind power foundation. Background technique [0002] Wind energy is a renewable and clean energy. When other renewable energy sources (such as biomass energy, tidal energy, etc.) are not yet mature, wind energy has become one of the primary choices to alleviate global environmental problems and energy crises. After nearly a hundred years of development, onshore wind power has matured. With the saturation of onshore wind power, people are gradually turning their attention to the sea, which is rich in wind resources. [0003] Offshore wind power first started in Europe. In 1990, the world's first wind turbine with a single-unit capacity of 220kW was installed in Nogersund, Sweden. In 2001, the world's first large-scale offshore wind farm, ...
