Embodiment 1
[0026] Example 1 A large-area, low-cost free-style artificial floating island that can be quickly built. The overall structure is as follows figure 1 shown. The overall plane is in the shape of a ship, and a large anchor chain is set at the head of the "ship". When the wind direction or wave direction changes, the entire island body can rotate around the anchor chain to ensure that the "ship" head is always facing the wind or waves, so as to reduce the impact of lateral waves on the island body. This method is applicable to deep seas with a water depth greater than 30m.
[0027] In order to prevent the vertical damage to the island by waves, when the area of the floating island is large, a combination of unit blocks and soft connections is required.
[0028] The area of each unit block is generally not less than 100m 2 , whose structure is as figure 2 shown. The upper and lower layers of well-shaped beams 3 form a truss through the webs 4, and a box body composed of ...
Embodiment 2
[0034] Example 2 is a large-area and low-cost free-style artificial floating island that can be quickly built. The overall structure is as follows: figure 1 shown. Unit block area is 100m 2 , The main truss is welded by 6.3# channel steel. In each main truss, four 4m long, 3.8m diameter rigid foam polyurethane columns covered by glass fiber reinforced plastic are inlaid. An overhead keel frame composed of 0.5m high, Φ110mm steel pipes and 10m long, 40×5mm angle steel is welded above the main truss. Bamboo rafts are laid on the frame. Between the unit blocks, each side is connected by three 40# marine anchor chains with two 315 / 80R22.5 waste car tires mounted on them to form a floating island.
[0035] The floating island is in the shape of a "ship" as a whole. At the head of the "ship", a mooring system (such as figure 1 Department A and Figure 5 ), with a total area of 9760m 2 , with a total weight of 800 tons and a maximum carrying capacity of 17,400 tons.
