The method comprises the steps: enabling parallax error images, which are outputted by a polarization display, respectively left and right view angles, and also have mutually vertical polarization states, to pass through a wollaston prism array made of electric birefringence materials, thereby enabling the images with different polarization states to be emergent at a specific inclination angle, and forming left and right parallax error images. The inclination angle is adjusted through the change of the refractive index of the electric birefringence materials, and human eyes observe the two parallax error images at the same time, thereby forming a three-dimensional image in a head.
