Embodiment Construction

[0040] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0041] The method for suppressing the azimuth grating lobes of ultra-wideband radar imaging of the present invention adopts extended coherence factor ECF (Extended Coherence Factor, ECF) weighting to suppress the azimuth grating lobes; , calculate all single-frequency point single-channel image data SFSC (Single FrequencySingle Channel, SFSC); then, coherently sum all single-frequency point single-channel image data SFSC to complete imaging, and use all single-frequency point single-channel image data SFSC to calculate The extended coherence factor ECF of each imaging point; finally, the extended coherence factor ECF is weighted on the imaging results to suppress the azimuth grating lobe of the image and improve the imaging quality.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restraining ultra-wideband radar imaging azimuth grating lobes, which comprises the steps of (1), carrying out imaging by adopting an ultra-wideband radar imaging method, and calculating an extended coherence factor (ECF) of each imaging point; and (2), weighting an original imaging result by using the ECFs acquired in the step (1) so as to restrain the image azimuth grating lobes. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple principle, convenient operation, good restraining effect and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention mainly relates to the field of ultra-wideband radar imaging, in particular to a method for suppressing azimuth grating lobes of ultra-wideband radar imaging. Background technique [0002] Ultra-Wideband (UWB) imaging radar has the advantages of good penetration and high resolution, and has been widely used in concealed target detection through walls, hidden object detection, medical imaging and other fields. Considering the portability, cost, and data processing capability of the radar system, UWB imaging radars often use sparse arrays with low element density, and then face the problem of azimuth grating lobes caused by insufficient spatial sampling rate, resulting in a decrease in imaging quality. [0003] The literature R.E.Davidsen, J.A.Jensen and S.W.Smith, Two-dimensional randomarrays for real time volumetric imaging, Ultrasonic Imaging, Vol.16, 143-163, 1994 proposes to design random or aperiodic arrays through array configuration ...
