A hybrid cloud storage system based on a data owning party, a data retrieving party, a private cloud platform and a public cloud platform is involved in the steps of design file preprocessing, security packing, file security storage, security inquiring and sequencing ciphertext retrieving, and the security packing and high-efficiency retrieving of a mass of file sets are organically integrated.
