The device comprises a power supply, an LED lamp set, a starting circuit, a first diode and a second diode, wherein the power supply is connected with a cathode end of the first diode, a cathode end of the second diode and an input end of the LED lamp set respectively, an anode end of the second diode is connected with a starting end of the starting circuit, an output end of the LED lamp set is connected with an input end of the starting circuit, and an anode end of the first diode and an output end of the starting circuit are connected with a cathode of the power supply. According to the constant-current driving device, the cost of a low starting voltage device in an existing starting circuit is effectively reduced.
