Problems solved by technology

However, the optical fiber is laid on the surface of the cable, which is easily affected by the external environment, and due to the influence of stress, some optical fibers will detach from the surface of the cable, so there is still a certain error in the temperature measurement of the optical fiber.

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0018] The method for selecting the thickness of epoxy mud when measuring the temperature of the cable skin described in this embodiment is to conduct experiments on the three-core cable of the distribution network whose model is YJV22-8.7 / 10-3×240mm2 to select the most suitable epoxy mud. Good thickness. The details are as follows:

[0019] 1) Process the epoxy mud used in the experiment, and make 5 pieces of epoxy mud with the same upper surface area and different thicknesses. The thicknesses are 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm respectively.

[0020] 2) Lay the 5 pieces of epoxy mud on different positions of the cable skin, and each piece of epoxy mud is fixed with a thermocouple. For the 5 pieces of epoxy mud, design 5 groups of cable skin temperature measurement experiments The conditions of each group in the experiment are shown in Table 1 below. The loading current of th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a selection method for epoxy mud thickness during measurement of cable skin temperatures. The selection method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing multiple pieces of epoxy mud for an experiment; (2) respectively laying the multiple pieces of epoxy mud at different positions of each of cable skins; fixing a thermocouple to each epoxy mud; respectively measuring the temperatures of the cable skins on which the epoxy mud different in thickness is laid under the same current by utilizing the thermocouples during the experiment until the cable skin temperatures reach a steady state to obtain the skin temperatures of multiple sets of experiment cables in the steady state; (3) performing skin temperature measurement in the steady state on parts, on which the epoxy mud is not laid, on the experiment cables by utilizing an infrared thermometer, wherein cable skin temperature data obtained through the skin temperature measurement is used as a temperature reference value; (4) comparing the skin temperatures, which are measured by the thermocouples, of the multiple sets of cables when reaching the steady state with the temperatures measured by the infrared thermometer, drawing up a temperature comparison diagram, and determining the optimal laying thickness of the epoxy mud. The optimal laying thickness of the epoxy mud can be reasonably selected by the selection method disclosed by the invention.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power cable temperature monitoring, in particular to a method for selecting the thickness of epoxy mud when measuring the temperature of the cable skin. Background technique [0002] The distribution distance of the cable is long, and the uniformity of the skin temperature is not only affected by the distribution characteristics of the heat source of the three-core cable body, but also affected by different laying conditions: such as the temperature difference between the sunny side and the backside of the cable surface caused by solar radiation in the air, direct burial or drainage The temperature of the cable surface is not equal due to the different thermal resistance of the environment in all directions of the cable in the tube. Therefore, a temperature measurement method that can accurately measure the surface temperature of the three-core cable is to ensure the scientificity of the experimental veri...
