The compressed-gas type sea wave power generating device has the advantages that: firstly, air is generally used as an energy conversion medium, so that air transmission energy loss is the least and the air is the best energy storage medium; secondly, the a water moving part is not arranged in the whole device; thirdly, the structure is simple, the building cost is low and the maintenance is convenient; fourthly, the field construction is simple and easy; fifthly, a plant is built on shore; sixthly, a large sea wave power generation field can be built; seventhly, an effect of protecting the shore is also achieved.
