The method includes the steps that dynamic information is read from dynamic interaction files; the dynamic interaction files comprise script objects and static images; at least part of pixel points in the static images are mapped to distorted images of one frame or multiple frames through the script objects according to the dynamic information so as to drive the dynamic images to change frame by frame. According to the method and device, the customizable dynamic graphs are achieved through the dynamic information, the dynamic effect can be assigned by users, and the dynamic effect mode is richened; due to the fact that the static images are small in size change, only information, such as the dynamic information and the scrip objects with the size being smaller is added, and the size is reduced greatly while the dynamic effect is guaranteed.
