Embodiment 1

[0012] Embodiment 1 Pot concentration gradient experiment

[0013] A total of 4 treatments were set up in the experiment, which were the control (CK) and three Pb concentration gradient treatments, and the Pb dosing concentrations were: 1000mg kg -1 (T1), 3000 mg kg -1 (T2), 5000 mg kg -1( T3), which are respectively 2, 6 and 10 times of the national soil environmental quality level 3 standard, and the added heavy metal form is Pb(NO 3 ) 2 , as an analytically pure reagent, it is added to the soil in a solid state, mixed thoroughly, and set aside for use after one month of equilibration.

[0014] The potted flower is Conicum conicum, and after the seedling grows 5-6 leaves, it is transplanted into the above-mentioned treated soil. 3 plants per pot, repeated 3 times. Water according to the soil water shortage situation, so that the soil moisture content is kept at about 70% of the field water capacity. Harvest when the plants are mature.

Embodiment 2

[0021] Example 2 Soil pot experiment in smelting polluted area

[0022] Potted experiment using polluted soil collected from the abandoned Shenyang smelter in 2007, the lead content is 4020mg kg -1 (Y). Set the uncontaminated soil as the control (CK). The potted flower is Conicum conicum, and after the seedling grows 5-6 leaves, it is transplanted into the above-mentioned treated soil. 3 plants per pot, repeated 3 times. Water according to the soil water shortage to keep the soil water content at 50-70% of the field water capacity. Harvest when the plants are mature.

[0023] The test results are as follows:

[0024] It can be seen from Table 2 that the enrichment characteristics of Pb in the conical stone flowers grown on the polluted soil of the smelter plant are similar to those of the artificially polluted soil. The aboveground biomass decreased slightly, but there was no significant difference with the control (p>0.05), showing strong tolerance. The content of Pb i...

Abstract

The invention relates to the phytoremediation technology of lead-polluted soil and in particular relates to application of cone gypsophila acutifolia in repair of the lead-polluted soil. The cone gypsophila acutifolia is planted in soil containing pollutant lead, the lead in the polluted soil is absorbed greatly by roots of the cone gypsophila acutifolia and transferred to aboveground organs, and when the plant grows until aboveground biomass is maximum, the aboveground organs of the plant are removed from the polluted soil so as to realize the purpose of removing the pollutant lead from the soil. By utilizing the method, an abundant plant, namely the cone gypsophila acutifolia is utilized to treat the lead-polluted soil, cost is low, maneuverability is strong, physical and chemical properties of the soil are not damaged, second pollution is not caused, and the cone gypsophila acutifolia has good effects of preventing wind erosion and water erosion of the polluted soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the phytoremediation technology of lead-contaminated soil, in particular to the application of a cone stone flower in remediating lead-contaminated soil. Background technique [0002] Lead is one of the main heavy metal pollutants in the environment. Soil lead pollution is widespread in my country and around the world, especially around mines, smelters and roads, where lead pollution is more serious. Once lead enters the human body, it will interfere with the normal work of nerve cells through the blood, destroy the survival of hemoglobin in the blood and the permeability of brain microvessels, which can lead to retarded and unsound brain development, and ultimately affect people's intelligence. Therefore, lead pollution Soil management and restoration is a very urgent task. Contaminated soil phytoremediation technology is cheap, does not damage the site structure, does not cause secondary pollution of the groundwater environm...
