The method comprises the steps that a mail server receives a mail request sent by a first user and used for requiring a mail; the mail server pushes text data with a chained address of the mail stored in a first storage to a first user according to the mail request, wherein the chained address corresponds to the enclosure data of the mail; after receiving an access request to the enclosure data sent by the first user through the chained address, the mail server pushes the received enclosure data corresponding to the chained address stored in a second storage and sent by a mail file server to the first user. By utilizing the mail management method, device and related system, as the mail text data and mail enclosure data are stored hierarchically, the mail capture speed of the mail server is enhanced.
