Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preventing a desulfurizing tower from being blocked. An anti-blocking agent is added to a desulfurizing liquid of a wet oxidation desulfurization process (such as ADA and a tannin extract), so that the ascending velocity of differential pressure of the desulfurizing tower is delayed. In addition, the anti-blocking agent used by the method also has an effect of cleaning the tower. The anti-blocking agent adopted by the method has dual effects of preventing sulfur granules in the desulfurizing liquid from being cohered, and preventing the sulfur granules from growing in packing. A laboratory contrast test proves that through addition of 1-10ppm of anti-blocking agent to the desulfurizing liquid, the ascending velocity of the differential pressure of the desulfurizing tower can be reduced by over 70%, therefore, the method can be applied to desulfurizing liquids such as the tannin extract, the ADA, PDS or MSQ.
