Abstract

The invention discloses solvent type gravure pearlescent ink, belonging to the field of ink. The solvent type gravure pearlescent ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10%-20% of pearlescent pigments, 10%-20% of solid resin, 10%-20% of ethyl acetate, 10%-25% of ethanol, 5%-10% of isopropanol, 20%-25% of n-propyl acetate, 5%-10% of propanediol butyl ether and 0.1%-5% of a compound aid, wherein the compound aid is a mixture of a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a color spreading agent and a flattening agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the solvent type gravure pearlescent ink. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of resin liquid, dispersion of the pearlescent pigments, mixing, and sand grinding. By virtue of environment-friendly solvents, the solvent type gravure pearlescent ink is free of benzene and halogenated hydrocarbon, low in toxicity and small in smell; the volatilization velocity of the ink is controlled by virtue of volatilization gradients of the different solvents, and the ink presents the relatively good glossiness and pearlescent effect; the preparation method is simple and practical; the production cost is effectively lowered, the ink is stable in quality and has strong universality in the field of gravure printing; a printed product has a good surface effect.
