Abstract

The neutral toilet soap capable of moisturizing and cleansing the skin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 3-10 parts of fatty acid, 5-20 parts of fatty alcohol, 0.2-2 parts of glycerinum, 0.1-0.5 parts of chelating agents, 20-40 parts of filling agents and 5-15 parts of water. The PH (potential of hydrogen) value of the neutral toilet soap ranges from 4.5 to 6.5 and approaches the weak acid environment of the human skin.
