Problems solved by technology

However, since Procambarus clarkii belongs to crustacean aquatic animals, the whole growth process is accompanied by molting and its shell is thick, so the general internal marking may not be recognized (still in the trial), so the individual marking is carried out after the procambarus clarkii. There are certain unknowns in the same pond culture of crayfish

Embodiment 1

[0018] From April 25th to August 21st, 2013, in Xilong Township, Anji County, the method described in this patent was used to culture Procambarus clarkii in enclosures in the same pond. There were 20 enclosures in total, and 20 full sibling families were stocked. Among them, there are 13 half-sibling families, and 200 shrimps with a size of 3 cm or more are stocked in each enclosure. The Procambarus clarkii families were recaptured until August 20. According to statistics, 85% of the enclosures were successfully cultured in the same pond. The survival rate of breeding was 77.27%, and the specific growth conditions are shown in Table 1.

[0020]

[0021] Through a preliminary comparison of the body length and weight of female and male shrimp in different families, it was found that the growth traits of the three families with enclosure numbers 7, 9 and 12 were the best, and they co...

Embodiment 2

[0025] From April 10th to August 10th, 2014, in Xilong Township, Anji County, the method described in this patent was used to cultivate Procambarus clarkii in enclosures in the same pond. There were 20 enclosures in total, and each enclosure was stocked with shrimps larger than 3cm. 250 fish were raised until August 10 to recapture the family of Procambarus clarkii. According to statistics, 95% of the enclosures were successfully cultured in the same pond, and the survival rate of the culture was 85.57%. The growth of different families (omitted).

Abstract

The invention discloses a same-pond procambarus clarkii family culture method by use of enclosures. The culture method is characterized by comprising the steps of 1) fabricating and mounting the pond enclosures, 2) procambarus clarkii family shrimp breeding, 3) culture management and 4) harvesting. According to the same-pond procambarus clarkii family culture method by use of the enclosures, the enclosures of the same specification are built for every procambarus clarkii families by use of HDPE boards in the pond, small holes are evenly formed in the enclosures, and water regularly is fed into the whole pond or completely drained so that the water quality environment in every enclosure is kept consistent as much as possible, and meanwhile, the mutual effects of different families are also avoided. The same-pond procambarus clarkii family culture method by use of the enclosures is adopted for developing same-pond culture tests, the ecological environment of the natural water area is simulated, the difference of the test conditions and the natural environment can be greatly reduced, the test results are more scientific and more obvious in pertinence, and finally, the purpose of same-pond culture and control of different families is achieved and reliable basis is provided for subsequent selective breeding of good varieties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of breeding fine varieties of aquatic organisms, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating Procambarus clarkii families in the same pond by using enclosures. Background technique [0002] Procambarus clarkii (Procambarus clarkii), commonly known as freshwater crayfish, belongs to the phylum Arthropoda, Crustacea, Decapod order, Scorpidae, and the genus Procambarus. Originally produced in North America, since it was introduced into my country in the 1930s, it has been widely distributed in my country and has formed a natural population available for use, especially in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. An important freshwater shrimp resource, it is also a leading product for the provinces in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River to earn foreign exchange through export, and is very popular in domestic and foreign markets. According to the 2011 Fishery Statistical Yearboo...
