The invention discloses a sterilizing soap which is prepared by mixing the following components, by weight: 0.4%-0.6% of lac fermentum, 1%-3% of zinc oxide, 4%-5% of iodine, 2%-4% of lithopone, 2% of rhamnose, 3% of natural fat, 0.35% of sorbitol, 0.25% of aloe powder, 15% of chlorhexidine acetate, 0.6% of alkyl amphoteric sodium acetate, and balance of a soap base.
