Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, especially a photocatalytic enzyme preparation extracted from marine organisms. The enzyme provided by the invention is prepared from titanium dioxide, ocean bios enzyme and polyvinyl alcohol in proportion through heating, dissolving, purifying, cooling, coating and emulsion. The titanium dioxide is a disinfection component, the photosynthesis energy generated by titanium dioxide has strong oxidation capacity, induces oxidation reaction on organics, bacterial protein and DNA on the bacterial cell membrane; and in the auxiliary effect of ocean bios enzyme, the components through their respective characteristics assist the titanium dioxide for sterilization. Polyvinyl alcohol is a carrier adhesive to coat the marine biological enzyme to protect its activity; when polyvinyl alcohol is combined with titanium dioxide, the light energy generated by titanium dioxide activates the coated marine biological enzyme to release the activity, so as to produce the effect of complete sterilization in synergy effect. The invention has the following advantages of applicability to disinfection in various fields and various things, good effect, no damage to the goods, no toxicity, no pollution, biological technology, and wide application.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a photocatalytic enzyme preparation extracted from marine organisms. Background technique [0002] Marine biological photocatalytic enzymes can be used in various industries, fields, and antibacterial disinfection of various items. There are many kinds of antibacterial and disinfection products with different antibacterial and disinfection performances, such as high, medium and low efficiency. Often the active ingredients and content of high-efficiency disinfectants are directly proportional to the price; and they are toxic, corrosive, and pungent, pollute the environment, and cause certain damage to the disinfected items. Therefore, various industries hope to have a kind of antibacterial disinfection product with high antibacterial disinfection efficiency, safety and stability, no pollution to the environment, and no damage to articles.
