The first formula material is composed of, by weight, 70-90% of bran and 10-30% of imported fish meal, wherein the humidity of the bran and the imported fish meal is adjusted to be 60% in a nicotine water solution with the mass percent concentration of 0.3%. By means of the cultivation method, the nicotine water solution with the proper concentration is directly adopted for scientific compatibility with the bran and the imported fish meal, the first formula material successfully covers the bad smell and bitterness of the nicotine, nutritional ingredients are appropriate, smooth growth of the larvae of the lucilia sericata is guaranteed, and it is ensured that a stable cultivation effect is achieved.
