The method comprises the following steps: adding water to boil the medicinal materials; fishing out and wrapping by virtue of gauze; shaving pubes before medication; and immersing medicinal materials wrapped by the gauze in the high-degree alcohol and rice vinegar to smear the affected part for more than five times a day.
