Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of acquiring words to be translated and sentences where the words to be translated are located; searching for associated items in the sentences where the words to be translated are located and association coefficients of the associated items from an international trade corpus; calculating the association coefficients of all the associated items, and when results are consistent with a given condition, translating the words to be translated according to lexical meanings of the words to be translated in the international trade contract. According to the method, whether the words to be translated are required to be translated according to grammar and the lexical meanings in the international trade contact or not is effectively judged by associated item analysis on the words to be translated and the sentences where the words to be translated are located, so that the translation accuracy of the international trade contract is ensured.
