Problems solved by technology
However, the disadvantage of the steam distillation method is that the extraction temperature is relatively high, it takes a long time, and it is easy to decompose the thermally unstable and easily oxidized chemical components in the volatile oil; while the supercritical fluid method has a high yield, but the equipment is expensive , difficult to maintain, not suitable for industrial production
After searching the literature, there is no report on the extraction of volatile oil from morning glory by continuous countercurrent ultrasonic extraction.

Abstract
The invention relates to an extraction method for cleft leaf petunia volatile oil, and in particular relates to a continuous counter-current ultrasonic extraction method for cleft leaf petunia volatile oil. The method comprises the steps as follows: taking the dried cleft leaf petunia on the ground, crushing and screening via the sieve of 20 meshes, adding ethanol solution of 60-70% for 6-8 times of the weight, continuous counter-current ultrasonic extracting for 2-3h at 60-70 degrees centigrade and 40KHz, separating the solid from the liquid to obtain the extracting liquid, decompressing and concentrating the extracting liquid, using the organic solvent and anhydrous sodium sulfate for drying, decompressing and concentrating to obtain the cleft leaf petunia volatile oil. The heat sensitivity component and chemical unstable component in the volatile oil cannot be destroyed for extra high temperature through the extraction method for cleft leaf petunia volatile oil, and the extraction method is simple in technology, short in extraction time and high in yield, so that the method is suitable for industrial production.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting the volatile oil of split-leaf morning glory, in particular to a method for extracting the volatile oil of split-leaf morning glory by using continuous countercurrent ultrasonic waves. Background technique [0002] Morning glory is an annual herb of Convolvulaceae, and there are two kinds of round-leaf morning glory and split-leaf morning glory. There are few domestic researches on the chemical components of the whole plant and the aerial part of the split-leaf morning glory. There are literature reports that the main components of the split-leaf morning glory volatile oil are alkanes, esters, steroids, terpenes, olefins, etc.; the biological activity test results , the volatile oil of morning glory has a good inhibitory effect on the proliferation of tumor cells MGC-803 and A549 in vitro. It can be seen that the volatile oil extracted from the aerial part of the split-leaf morning glory has certain med...
