The method includes: when starting communication terminal equipment, creating a virtual file system; predefining a signal processing function and a socket function; acquiring name of a network card and a first interface status return value through an input and output control request associated to a network socket, and acquiring network card information from the virtual file system; judging whether the acquired network card information is matched with the network card or not; if yes, judging whether a first interface is under a connection status or not according to the first interface status return value, and if not, giving an alarm to prompt a user; if yes, detecting whether the first interface and a second interface are located on a same network segment or not; if the two interfaces are located on the same network segment, invoking the signal processing function, and reconfiguring network parameters.
