Abstract

The invention provides a comprehensive inspecting and testing method for a high voltage power transformer and distribution substation; through using the boosting principle of a transformer, a 380V construction power supply is applied to the low-voltage side of secondary winding of the transformer by a designed power transmission control protection device, and thereby stimulated high voltage electricity is obtained at the high voltage side of the transformer. The stimulated high voltage electricity is transmitted from a transformer feeder cabinet to a transformer substation bus system for stimulating power transmission. After the high voltage bus system is simulatively electrified, the stimulated high voltage electricity is further transmitted a voltage transformer PT cabinet to perform stimulated power transmission, for inspecting operational parameters of the PT cabinet and inspecting whether voltage values of an open winding, a triangular winding and high voltage cabinet microcomputer intelligent protectors meet requirements. The simulated voltage is transmitted to the voltage transformer PT across two sections of buses for simulating power transmission, thus being capable of inspecting protection functions of the PT microcomputer intelligent comprehensive protection device, and performing PT automatic switching tests. Through simulating inverse power transmission, changing the gear switch of the transformer, and recording current values in loops of low voltage side and reading of voltmeter of the high voltage side of the transformer, no-load current characteristic curves of the transformer at different gears can be drawn up.
