Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for modification or creation of new types of viruses that may stimulate an antibody production called cathelidonate sialyltransferase (CSST) which helps them attach more easily with other cells than usual receptors on their surfaces. These modifications make certain viral particles easier to infectious even when they don't have any known functions like enzyme activity. By adding this modifying DNA sequence into the virus itself instead of directly injecting it thereinto during its manufacturing process, researchers were able to modify different aspects of how crops grow without causing disease outbreaks such as Swine Fever Virus.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patent relates to developing novel therapies or support tools to treat veterinary medicine related illness due to Swine Flue Virus-1(SVC1). Current methods like heat treatment and chemotherapy cannot efficiently stop these outbreaks without causing severe complications. Therefore, we aim to develop molecular markers that allow us to differentiately identify which patients may contract Sickle Cell Arteritis (SCANI)-associated encephalopathy syndrome (E2) associated pathogens during acute attacks while avoiding other potential causes.

Abstract

The invention discloses a recombinant virus for expressing swine fever virus E2 gene, and a preparation method and application thereof. According to the preference of the codon, synthetic CSFV 2.1-type immunogenic gene E2 and 1.1-type E2 gene are respectively arranged in baculovirus pH and p10 promoters to be expressed so as to obtain a recombinant baculovirus (CCTCC NO:V201338). The exogenous gene expression level is enhanced. After being used for immunizing Japanese white rabbits and pigs, the subunit vaccine prepared by the E2 protein expressed by the recombinant baculovirus can induce the organism to generate specific immune reaction and protect the organism from the attack of the swine fever virus; and differential diagnoses can be utilized to distinguish the vaccine immunized animal from the wild virus-infected animal, thereby being beneficial to eradication and purification of the eradicate swine fever virus in the pig farm.
