The fertilizer comprises 6%-12% of wild oil-tea cake, 12%-20% of wild pepper fruits, 10%-15% of wild mountain pepper fruits, 10%-15% of bovine bone powder, 6%-15% of silkworm excrement, 12%-18% of crab, 3%-10% of oyster shells, 2%-8% of soybean rhizobia, 1%-5% of fish meal, 1%-3% of sago cycas stub, 2%-6% of pecan shell and 3%-8% of pine nuts with hull in percentage by weight. The production and application method comprises the steps of crushing all the proportioned raw materials and then mixing and stirring evenly, cooking the raw materials stirred evenly in the first step at a high temperature of 120 DEG C for 3 hours, taking out 24 hours later after terminating cooking, pelletizing by use of a pelletizer to form a granular fertilizer, and finally, applying the obtained granular fertilizer to the dendrobium officinale field by the amount of about 40Kg per mu in march every year.
