The invention discloses a hand sanitizer capable of cleaning wound. The hand sanitizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.2-1.6 percent of methyl acrylate, 1.8-2.6 percent of glycerin gelatine, 8-12 percent of sodium lauryl sulfate, 2.5-4.5 percent of carboxymethyl cellulose, 3-7 percent of propylene glycol, 1-2 percent of essence, 0.8-1.4 percent of pigment, 1.2-2.4 percent of sodium chloride, 12-16 percent of aloe extracting solution, 3-6 percent of honey, a proper amount of citric acid and the balance of water. The produced hand sanitizer has a good sterilization and disinfection effect, and the aloe and honey contained in the hand sanitizer have excellent effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and stopping bleeding and can achieve the effects of treating and rapidly curing the hand wounds.
