Abstract

The invention discloses a quick-drying stable antirust oil. The quick-drying stable antirust oil is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 63 to 70 parts of base oil SN150, 2 to 4 parts of terpene resin, 1 to 2 parts of triallyl cyanurate, 0.7 to 2 parts of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 0.2 to 0.5 part of sodium carbonate, 1 to 2 parts of isobutanol, 0.4 to 1 part of magnesium naphthenate, 5 to 7 parts of lanolin, 1 to 2 parts of lauric diethanolamide, 1 to 2 parts of 1,2-epoxybutane and 5 to 6 parts of an antirust aid. The antirust oil provided by the invention has actual drying time of 0.5 to 2 h; an antirust film is bright and transparent and hardly undergoes color changing and oxidation; a coating of the antirust oil is stable, has high salt fog resistance, resistance to dampness and heat, aging resistance and the like and exerts a good protection effect on a substrate.
