A composition of the formula is black soybean distillate oil and comprises the following components: paste matrix, oil, anti-inflammatory traditional Chinese medicines and anti-inflammatory Western medicines. Character of a finished product of the externally-applied preparation disclosed by the invention is paste. A preparation method of the externally-applied preparation is as follows: taking vaseline in formula amount, heating for dissolving and then adding sugar distillate oil, eucalyptus oil, glycerinum, zedoary turmeric oil, cortex pseudolaricis, sophora flavescens, borneol and liquorice extract, and sufficiently stirring uniformly; adding zinc oxide in formula amount, sufficiently stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain an oily paste, and packaging and filling into a bottle at a normal temperature to obtain the externally-applied preparation.
