Embodiment 1

[0018] A method for extracting and purifying Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, comprising the following steps: extract 300 g of dried Ganoderma lucidum with 1800 ml of ether Soxhlet for 2 hours to remove oil, and evaporate the residue to dryness. The residue after evaporating to dryness was extracted three times with 750ml boiling water, combined the boiling water extracts obtained three times, concentrated, centrifuged, and the supernatant was taken, and the supernatant was added with absolute ethanol 3 times the volume of the clear liquid for alcohol precipitation, and stood overnight (12h), again. The precipitate was washed three times with 300ml ethanol and 300ml acetone in turn, and then dissolved in distilled water, then papain with a weight of 1‰ of the precipitate was added and placed in a water bath at 50°C for 2 hours, and the protein was removed by the Sevage method. Add 8g of activated carbon and place it in a 70°C water bath to heat for 3 hours, remove the activa...

Embodiment 2

[0021] A method for extracting and purifying Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, comprising the following steps: extract 300 g of dried Ganoderma lucidum with 2000 ml of ether Soxhlet for 4 hours to remove oil, and evaporate the residue to dryness. The residue after evaporating to dryness was extracted with 750ml of boiling water for 3 times, and the boiling water extracts obtained three times were combined, concentrated, centrifuged, and the supernatant was taken, and anhydrous ethanol with 3 times the volume of the clear liquid was added for alcohol precipitation, and stood for 12 hours , and centrifuge again to collect the precipitate. The precipitate was washed three times with 300ml of ethanol and 300ml of acetone in turn, then dissolved in distilled water, and then papain with a weight of 2‰ of the precipitate was added, placed in a water bath at 50°C for 4 hours, and the protein was removed by Sevage method. Abstract

The invention discloses ganoderan and an extraction and purification method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: after carrying out Soxhlet extraction on smashed dried lucid ganoderma by ether, volatilizing residues and extracting by boiled water; concentrating and centrifugalizing a boiled water extraction liquid; taking supernate for ethanol precipitation and standing; then, centrifugalizing to collect precipitate again; washing and dissolving by distilled water; then, adding 0.1-0.2% of papain; and putting in a water bath at 50+ / -5 DEG C for 2-4 hours; removing proteins by Sevage method; decoloring by activated carbon, decompressing and concentrating, and carrying out running water dialysis after cooling; after dialysis, carrying out ethanol precipitation again and standing; and drying the precipitate at 60-70 DEG C to obtain crude polysaccharide. Tests verify that the ganoderan disclosed by the invention has a good physically and sensitively moisturizing effect to cigarettes, and can reduce irritation and miscellaneous smell of cigarettes and improve the smoothness and comfortableness of smoke of cigarettes, so that the ganoderan can be applied as a tobacco humectant with excellent performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of humectants, and in particular relates to a ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, an extraction and purification method and its application as a tobacco humectant. Background technique [0002] At present, glycerin, propylene glycol, sorbitol and other polyhydroxy substances are mainly used as humectants in the cigarette industry in my country. The main purpose of using such humectants is to maintain the moisture content of shredded tobacco during processing and improve the processing resistance of shredded tobacco. The above-mentioned humectant has unsatisfactory effects on maintaining the moisture content of finished cigarettes and improving smoking comfort. [0003] Polysaccharides are composed of a large number of monosaccharides, and a large number of hydroxyl groups form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, which can make them have strong water holding capacity. At present, there are no relevant reports ...
